Do you really operate at 03:00?
Yes. Our overnight team covers 02:00 to 06:00 with at least one vehicle on rotation. We have driven guests to Bajo Marina for 04:30 liveaboard departures hundreds of times. Your driver will be waiting at arrivals or at your hotel lobby on time, with cold water and a working torch in case the streetlights are out.

What if my flight is severely delayed past midnight?
We track your flight from wheels-up. A delay of 90 minutes or more is logged automatically and the driver is re-tasked. No re-booking needed on your side. If your delayed arrival pushes the pickup into the late-night window, the $8 surcharge still applies — we tell you in advance via WhatsApp.

Is 04:30 too early to pick me up from the hotel?
No. Roughly one in four of our marina runs leaves between 04:00 and 05:30 to catch liveaboard or cruise departures. We arrive 15 minutes early, contact you discreetly via WhatsApp instead of hotel phone, and never honk before dawn.

Do you charge double after midnight like Bali airport drivers?
No. The only premium is a flat $8 late-night surcharge between 00:00 and 04:30. The base price is the price you saw online. We do not have a “tourist tariff” or “long-trip multiplier” — these are the scams travellers describe in Reddit and TripAdvisor threads about Komodo Airport.

Will the driver speak English at 02:00?
