How We Keep Prices Fixed When Everyone Else Surge-Prices
Three operational choices, in order:
- Fleet ownership. Our Innova, Hiace, and Alphard vehicles are owned outright, not leased per trip. We are not paying daily rental fees that get passed to you on peak nights.
- Driver wages, not commission. Our drivers are paid a fixed shift rate plus tip pool, not per-trip commission. They have no incentive to hustle a higher fare from you at the curb.
- Single point of dispatch. Booking, scheduling, and dispatch run through one Labuan Bajo office. There is no algorithm randomly raising prices because demand spiked — there is one rate card and one phone number.

Why is the Alphard so much more expensive than the Innova?
The Alphard is an executive vehicle with captain seats, ottoman footrests, individual climate control, ambient lighting, and significantly higher running costs. Do you accept credit card, or only cash?
Both. Credit card and bank transfer for online pre-payment, IDR or USD cash on arrival. We do not surcharge credit card payments. For corporate billing or wedding events, invoice payment with 14-day terms is available — request at booking.
What if my actual zone is between two pricing zones (e.g. 5 km borderline)?
We round to the lower zone in your favour. A 4.6 km hotel that technically crosses into Zone B by 100 metres is priced at Zone A rates if it has been historically booked as Zone A. The pricing engine has been calibrated against the hotel database and matches each hotel to its actual zone, not its theoretical distance.
How do I confirm the price is final before I book?
