How the booking works

Four steps, in order, from form submission to driver shaking your hand at LBJ arrivals:

Step 1 — Submit the form (60 seconds)

The booking form is at the top of this page (and on the homepage). Pick your destination from the dropdown — every Labuan Bajo hotel and zone is in there. Choose your arrival date and local time. Select Innova, Hiace, or Alphard. Drop your WhatsApp number. Hit “Confirm”.

The price you see is the price you pay. Fuel, parking, tolls, road taxes, child seats, mineral water, cold towels, Wi-Fi tethering — all included. There is no late-arrival surcharge if your flight is delayed (we monitor live), and no airport pickup fee.

Step 2 — WhatsApp confirmation (under 5 minutes)

A real human at our Labuan Bajo dispatch desk opens your booking, checks the driver schedule, and replies on WhatsApp with:

• Your driver’s name and photo
• The vehicle plate number
• The estimated drive time
• The dispatcher’s direct phone number for the next 24 hours
• A link to add the trip to your phone calendar (.ics)

If anything is unclear or you want to change a detail (different vehicle, child seat needed, supermarket stop on the way, honeymoon kit added), the same WhatsApp thread handles it. No multiple email threads, no support ticket queue.

Step 3 — On the day, the driver tracks your flight

Your inbound flight is monitored from the airline source feed. If Scoot from Singapore is delayed by 90 minutes, if Garuda from Bali is held on the apron, if Citilink from Jakarta diverts to Bali for weather — your driver knows and waits. There is no late-fee. There is no rescheduling charge for delays.

Thirty minutes before your scheduled local landing, the driver receives a final dispatch ping with your seat row and any special-request notes. Twenty minutes before landing, they are at the LBJ arrivals concourse with a name-board.

Step 4 — You meet the driver and go

When you exit baggage claim and walk through the LBJ arrivals doors, the driver is there with your name. Cold towel ready. Air-conditioned vehicle parked thirty steps away (we use the closest commercial parking lane, not the long-stay lot). Luggage handled. Door held. Cup holder pre-stocked with cold mineral water. The greeting is brief, the cabin is quiet, and you are at your hotel in eleven to twenty-five minutes depending on the zone.

For boat-required islands (Seraya, Bidadari), the driver delivers you to the marina pier and we hand off to the speedboat captain whose name and ETA are also in your WhatsApp confirmation.
