1. You book online or via WhatsApp with the honeymoon kit selected ($25 add-on). We ask for both your names for the welcome card and any preferences (champagne brand, music, scent).
2. 48 hours before landing. Our florist sources fresh frangipani or local hibiscus from the Wae Kelambu market. The card is hand-written and placed in a sealed envelope.
3. T-90 minutes before landing. Driver pre-positions at LBJ. Champagne goes into the in-vehicle chiller (Veuve Clicquot or equivalent — confirmed at booking). Flowers arranged on the centre console. Card placed beside.
4. T-30 minutes. Driver inside the arrivals hall holding a name board with both your names. Mood lighting set, climate at 22°C, music at low ambient volume.
5. You exit immigration. You are greeted by name, both of you. Bags loaded by the driver. The Alphard door is held open as you board.
6. Inside. Champagne is poured. Two flutes. The card is presented. Mood lighting cycles through three preset scenes during the drive. The seats recline with ottoman extension if you wish.

Honeymoon service uses the standard Alphard rate plus the $25 honeymoon kit. No other surcharges. The photo stop is included free if booked with the honeymoon kit.

Round-trip booking applies the standard 10% discount to the combined total. A typical AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach honeymoon round-trip with kit comes to $243 for the pair after discount.

The VIP Fast-Track immigration add-on is +$35 per person at arrival — useful for the Scoot Singapore flight (TR292) which lands at 17:40 alongside a Garuda from Jakarta and stacks immigration. Most honeymoon couples arriving on the Scoot or evening flights use it.

Vehicle Recommendation for Honeymoon Transfers

The Toyota Alphard is the only vehicle in our fleet built for the honeymoon arrival. Captain seats with ottoman footrests, individual climate control, ambient mood lighting, retractable side curtains for privacy, and the dimensional clearance for the full honeymoon kit (champagne chiller, flowers, signed card) without crowding the cabin.

The Innova and Hiace can carry honeymoon couples and luggage at lower price points, and we will book either if requested — but the honeymoon kit (champagne, flowers, card) is only available with the Alphard. For couples on a tighter budget, the Innova at $25 base with optional cold bottled water, fresh flower posy, and printed card is available as a “honeymoon-light” arrangement at +$10 — ask at booking.

Can you accommodate dietary or alcohol preferences?
Yes. The default champagne is Veuve Clicquot or equivalent, but we accept brand requests at booking (Moët, Dom Pérignon, prosecco, sparkling water for couples who do not drink alcohol). Allergies — note them at booking and we adjust the flower selection (some couples prefer no fragrance, others want a different bloom). Will the resort know we are arriving for our honeymoon?
We coordinate with the resort concierge on your behalf. AYANA Komodo, Plataran, Ta’aktana, Meruorah, and Sudamala all have honeymoon flag protocols — turndown service, welcome amenities, suite preparation are timed to your ETA. We notify the hotel 60 minutes before arrival. The resort’s own honeymoon package (if booked) runs in parallel — our service is the airport-to-room continuity layer.

Is the photo stop discreet — do other tourists notice?
The Padar viewpoint and Bukit Cinta sunset point have brief windows of solitude in the late afternoon — typically 16:30–17:00 — when most day tours have already returned. The driver knows the quieter angles. If absolute privacy is required, we can route through a private viewpoint at the Wae Cicu hilltop instead, which has no public access (small entry fee, included in the photo stop).

Can we extend the photo stop or add multiple stops?
The included stop is 15 minutes. Each additional 30-minute stop is $10. Most couples are content with one — the Alphard cabin itself becomes part of the celebration once you board.

Do you offer same-day honeymoon bookings?
Yes if fleet and the honeymoon kit components are available. Same-day requires WhatsApp dispatch (faster than the form). The flowers are sourced from the morning market — for guaranteed freshness, book at least 24 hours in advance. The champagne is in stock continuously.

Is the round-trip return as elaborate?
The return airport run uses the same Alphard and same driver, but without the honeymoon kit (no second champagne, no fresh flower replacement). If you would like a second kit on the return — for example to mark the end of the honeymoon with a printed card and a final photo at the airport viewpoint — that is +$25 added to the round-trip booking.
