Use email if you are coordinating a group of more than ten passengers, a multi-vehicle wedding party, a corporate offsite with cross-airport synchronisation, or any booking that requires invoicing or insurance documentation. Response time SLA: under 4 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 WIB), under 24 hours on weekends and Indonesian public holidays.

The office is two streets back from the Labuan Bajo waterfront, a 9-minute walk from Plaza Marina (Meruorah Komodo’s plaza) and a 4-minute drive from the Pelabuhan harbour where most liveaboard charters depart. Most guests never visit the office — bookings are confirmed remotely and drivers meet you at LBJ arrivals or at your hotel — but the door is open Monday to Saturday 08:00-20:00 if you want to discuss a multi-leg itinerary in person.
Hours of dispatch
Dispatch desk is staffed continuously. Two shifts cover a 24-hour day, seven days a week, including all Indonesian and international public holidays.

What to include when you message us
To save back-and-forth, include these in your first WhatsApp or email:

- Arrival date and scheduled local time
- Destination hotel or destination zone (Town & Harbour / Inner Beach / Outer Coast / Boat-island)
- Number of passengers + ages of any children

We will reply with the price, the suggested driver, and a confirmation link. Payment is at pickup or via bank transfer if you prefer pre-pay.
For when something has already gone wrong
If you have already landed and your driver is not at arrivals, do not panic and do not engage with kerb-side taxis. WhatsApp +62 811 3810 8110 with your booking reference. Most “missing driver” issues resolve in under 90 seconds — drivers occasionally wait at the parking lot exit instead of the arrivals concourse during peak traffic; the dispatcher knows which one yours chose.

Languages
Our dispatch team handles enquiries in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Bahasa Manggarai. Driver-side language varies — every driver passes our English communication test, and our Alphard tier and senior Hiace drivers hold an IELTS 5.0+ or equivalent. Mandarin, Russian, French, and Spanish are not native to our team but we have specialist interpreters on call for group bookings — write your preferred language in the booking notes.

Two WhatsApp channels — international + dispatch
For convenience, we operate two WhatsApp lines:
