Airlines serving LBJ include Lion Air, Citilink, Wings Air, and Garuda Indonesia, with most flights routing through Bali (DPS), Jakarta (CGK), or Surabaya (SUB).
The airside area has cafes, a small duty-free counter, and seating near the gates. A single baggage carousel serves all arrivals — the process from touchdown to car park is typically 20–35 minutes for a single flight. The drive from LBJ to the Labuan Bajo waterfront takes 10–15 minutes.
