T-90 minutes before landing. Driver pre-positions at LBJ. Vehicle is parked in shade where possible. Engine off.
T-30 minutes. Driver inside arrivals hall holding name board. Vehicle remains engine-off — climate-up when you board.
Boarding. Cold water in Klean Kanteen bottles in the cup holders. Towels are clean cotton, not disposable wipes.

The Toyota Alphard is our least fuel-efficient vehicle (combined economy ~9 km/L).
